TV-card recommandation for streaming purposes

Hi, I'm new here. Just bought a Hauppauge PVR150 card, but I can read in the forums, why I cannot have sound (or switch channals) and that I cannot use it for streaming. At least with VLC, which I like. I can confirm all these bad things myselv. Have tried everything with drivers, new versions, old versions etc, including the beta of the Hauppauge new driver that should solve some no-sound problems (which it did not for VLC).

Can anyone recommend some working TV-card that can be used for streaming ?

I use PVR-350 and It goes well.
