So I'm trying to stream incoming audio into my soundcard to my local wifi to listen on another device.
I've gotten it to run fine when opening a http stream but the latency is huge (4 or more seconds) so I'm trying rtp. I want to connect multiple devices and afaik I have to input a 239. ip adress of some sort.
Sometimes the phone connects but the stream doesn't start.
I'm using 3.0.19 on windows and the newest vlc on android.
What am I doing wrong here?

What latency do you see if you use the Windows as client too?
