Remote chromecast playback, seeker jumps around till video ends

Hello, I made an account just for this question. I have searched a little on the forum and haven't found anything similar, but apologies if I missed something.

I wanted to automatically connect to my Chromecast which I was able to do by putting "#chromecast{IP=192.168.18.1, demux-filter=demux_chromecast}" into Default Output Stream. My problem is that when I try to play something the seeker goes crazy (jumps to 2 mins to 4 to 16 and so on till the video ends). Why is this and what do I do to fix it?

I use remotes but playing a file from the interface also has the same effect. I'm using VLC 3.0.16
