Desktop Stream issue

Hello,

I heve an issue with creating batch file.

I need to create batch file to straming desktop with: 24fps; source: Screen:\\; and destinaton HTTP port 8081, Profile: MPEG-2 + MPGA(TS)

I wrote batch but unfotrunetly error occure :( PLS help

cd C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\
vlc dshow:// --sout=#transcode{vcodec=mp2v,vb=800,acodec=mpga,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100,scodec=none}:http{mux=ts,dst=:8081/} :no-sout-all :sout-keep
