Can someone help an old fart with a brain meltdown please?

I am looking for the --sout syntax to play local audio and stream also to localhost (127.0.0.1 port 1239).
I know it's quite simple but I can't, for the life of me, get the syntax correct.
Something to do with #duplicate ?
Help much appreciated.

The streaming wizard should help you with that (Media > Stream...).
