Runnig rtsp stream in vlc under RedHat

Hi all!

Did anybody tried to run rtsp strean in vlc under RedHat9.0 ?
I didn't succeed and get the follothing message:

[00000153] main interface error: option frequency does not exist
[00000153] main interface error: option symbol-rate does not exist
[00000155] main input: playlist item `rtsp://address'
[00000155] v4l input error: cannot open device
[00000155] v4l input error: cannot open device
[00000155] main input error: no suitable access module for `/://rtsp://address'

You guess your vlc isn't configured with live.com support.

Please, explain, what does it mean: "configured with live.com support".
And how to configure vlc this way.
