trying to broadcast playback to public url from ubuntu
hello im trying to broadcast playback from vlc to a public url from ubuntu that is accessible to anyone with a device that has browsing capability. i prefer the stream to play in full HD but more economy quality is still acceptable. anyone who would be able to help me with this problem would be a champ and i would highly appreciate his or her help. thanks in advance
