HELP! 2.0.5 and 2.2.1 sout difference

Developers please help me, if you can.

I use VLC 2.0.5 to make streams by following code:

After updating VLC to version 2.2.1, this code does not work. What is the difference between 2.0.5 and 2.2.1? How can i fix the code? Where mistake?
