jumpy stream at 640x480

I'm streaming according to this page:

However, at 640x480 the stream is jumpy. Right now my LAN is on 10bT, I dont know if this is affecting things.

Also, the computer doing the encoding is a 1GHz PIII.

Is there any way to buffer the stream?

Did you try a smaller video???? like 240x160?

then you know where the problem is.
