how to stream usb camera FireWire Digtial Camera on window

hi, i have a usb camera, i try stream camera by vlc with RTSP, but vlc not support usb camera, i find guide but, i just saw guide on linux, i using window and i don't know how to stream usb camera on window, any help for me ?
