SMS-interactivity on video stream

How can I impose on the stream broadcast SMS interactivity?
Connect SMS interactivity to the site and capture the screen to take it out and impose to the main stream? Or, write a program that will display the text of SMS on the screen in plain text (Module/marq)?

Your requirement is not very clear here. As I understand you want :
Read SMS interaction on mobile device?
OR take video on device if device OS support vlc

If you can see sms transactions on server
you can keep it on desk screen (using other program in python, etc .. ) OR show it on web page
make screen video on same or other machine using vlc.

Capability to read any thing on screen using vlc and converting it to video is handy for you to use.
I see this is more related mobile device and not vlc
