Setting up a proof of concept

I work at a small University and we are looking to provide some LAN IPTV services to our students. I'm looking for somebody to do the software setup (remotely ) for us. I will install the OS on a server with an ATSC Hauppauge tuner card. We want to output 2 streams from this which can be "published" to the public for live viewing from any device. VERY basic and very preliminary. Just PM me and name a price. I'd be willing to trade equipment instead of dollars if you are so inclined.

For IPTV, your IP network infrastructure needs to support multicast. Without multicast, the system won't scale up yo many concurrent users. Then there is not much point paying someone to setup a streaming server.

We have a fully gigabit Juniper EX4200 switched LAN, and an enterprise Aruba 802.11g/n WLAN. We should be able to handle multicast, I assume.
