Streaming from a file with multiple streams

I'm trying to stream a mkv video (with 1 audio, 1 video and over 10 subtitle streams) with --sout-all :sout=#rtp{sdp=rtsp://:8554/} :sout-keep.
However, when I connect to the stream I only get one stream (video). Am I doing something wrong?

You can look at the logs (with -vvv or tools->messages and set verbosity to 2) but I'd say that you most likely miss packetizer and/or are using codecs unsuitable to rtp/rtsp streaming.
