Streaming delay Hauppauge PVR 250/350 compressors

There´s a 3 seconds delay streaming video using Hauppauge PVR.

There´s a command pvr-caching.... this command works?
Anybody has used it?

Is there any way to reduce this delay?

I have tried with udp-caching but this command is only for capturers, not for compressors uding ivtv driver.....
