Convert DVD to MP4 - Controlling where to begin the converti

I'm trying to convert a movie (Anchorman) to mp4 for my Xoom tablet and I'm running into an issue with the conversion where I "Open Disc" and then select my conversion mode and select "No Menus / Simple DVD". The problem I run into is that I guess it's choosing the first video found on the disc, which isn't always the movie. Sometimes it's another movie clip, or DVD extra. How can I be sure it's converting the movie? I've tried to adjust the chapters but that appears to have little/no effect.
