http error streaming

I am trying to unicast streaming to the @ ip of my machine
but by throwing the shell client and vlc http://192.168.1.23:8080
I obtain this error "main input error: Called ES_OUT_RESET_PCR"
I neededTo your help if you have an idea on the resolution
