streaming on lan via tv tuner

hi i am newbie i want to share my tv tuner card MSI by videoLAN
problem is that i dont know what to enter in streamoutput dialog box
i want to share it on udp i dont know what to enter in udp address text box and port is defaut selected 1234 is it correct my subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and my ip address is 10.10.0.4 !
and plz tell my how to recive this udp stream on other pcs
i have read streaming howto on your web but it didnt helllp

I'm not an expert, but... use the Wizard:

In stream output, select UDP, and enter the IP address of the PC you want to stream to....

On the other pc, again, use the wizard, to receive the stream
