livehttp to Iphone

I am trying to set livehttp to iphone.
I am using a nightly build 1.2 "Lecteur multimédia VLC 1.2.0-git-20110201-0003 Twoflower"
I am runing under window XP.
with a commande line I run :

vlc -I dummy c:\film\NI.mpg :sout=#transcode{width=320,height=240,fps=25,vcodec=h264,vb=256,venc=x264{aud,profile=baseline,level=30,keyint=30,ref=1},acodec=mp3,ab=96}std{access=livehttp{seglen=10,delsegs=true,numsegs=5,index=C:\streaming\mystream.m3u8,index-url=http://192.168.1.84/streaming/mystream-########.ts}

this commande has been write with Notepad into ONE LINE.

the dummy interface return this msg :
