help, trying to setup VLC with DVBS out stream rtp or udp

Question anyone, can point me to step by step how to stream DVBS out to rtp or UDP

this is what , i have been done so far...

Media>Streaming>Capture Card>

DVBS

Options :
Frec:10750000
SR: 22000000

Advance Option (Tab)
transponder/multiplex freq: 11867000
Tras FEC; 3

Syb R; 22000000
Antenna LNB: 10750000

hit OK

Hit (STREAM) . Next> RTP > ADD
127.0.0.1:5004


Next:

What tjhis mean??

How can I fix this??
