FLV streaming

Hi,

can somebody tell me how to stream in FLV with VLC. I want to capture a live session with my webcam and VLC and stream it to some users. Is it possible to do this with VLC without stream to or use a RTMP server ?

I already look at the wiki but I haven't find a lot of information about that. http://wiki.videolan.org/Flash_Video
