Postby antipro » 03 Mar 2010 07:03

I really need help, please... i read this
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=68405
but still i cannot understand exactly what I need to do.

my string is this:

:sout=#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,vb=400,scale=0.5,acodec=mpga,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=11250}:duplicate{dst=rtp{dst=0.0.0.0,port=5004,mux=ts},dst=display}

so please, what i need to change to make the video compatibile with realplayer mobile?

It is probably a good idea to take a look at this ready-to-use solution, it's free:

First you should check if the target device and the TV tuner are supported.
The transcoded video will be supported by RealPlayer i think. You can even use more advanced codecs, like the ones in the thread you have linked to:
vcodec=h264,venc=x264{profile=baseline,level=1.3}
acodec=mp4a,ab=128,channels=2

Return to “VLC stream-output (sout)”
