No sound recording HD from a tuner

Hi all,


Hope this community can help me. I am new here. After testing various options and reading forums I cannot find a solution to my problem.

I would like to record a tuner HD stream using VLC in with a command line. I use the following:
"c:\program files\videolan\vlc\vlc" dvb-t://frequency=xxxxxx000 :dvb-bandwidth=8 :program=xxxx :sout=:std
{access=file,mux=ts,dst=c:\myvideos\test1.ts}

It works well recording SD programs but with HD programs I got only the video.
The HD programs have a H264 codec for video and an eac3 for audio.
When I look at the ts file it contains only the video h264 stream.

Any idea? should I add a specific option for HD?

Can you share the log? Can you try to transcode the audio to ac3?

You can notice two errors:

We cannot mux eac3 into ts, it seems.
