after vlc-0.8.6 cant convert , stream mpeg2 file

hi
i used vlc for long time to stream live video but after 0.9 , 1.0 can use it
..

clean insulation and didn't change any setting for both 0.8 , and ver 1
300kb for video wmv2 codec

very bad quality for ver 1.0.1 file as u can see
do i have to change any thing ?
i try with --doom also but same problem

try lowering transcode scale to .25
it seems v1.0.1 isn't as efficient as pre .9 versions
