I saw the tv through videolan, then have climbed on an access router and I don't see anything!!!!

If you are using multicast, you'll have to increase ttl to get through a router (default is 1)

Well, is your router set correctly (in particular, do you have any multicast routing protocol, such as PIM enabled ?)
