Still Unresponsive

I have gone back to VLC 0.7.2 and the lock up issues is not there.
How ever now I have a new problem.
I have 2 capture cards installed,
1 A Hauppauge WinTV Go
2 Leadtek DV2000

The out putof the DV2000 is perfect but the Hauppauge has every one looking like Smurfs, so the problem seems to only be with the Hauppauge.

So any more idea's on either of the problems.
I have adjusted the Color Format with no change ie YUY2, RGB etc.
