vlc 0.9.2/0.9.4 Grishenko
win xp sp2
input: mpeg4/ts stream - constant bitrade 1024, video quality is OK
transcoding & remuxing: vlc.exe -vvv http://192.168.2.247:8081:http-caching=3000 :sout=#transcode{vcodec="FLV1",acodec="mp3",ab="128",channels="2"}:duplicate{dst=display,dst="std{access=\"http\",mux=ffmpeg{mux=flv},dst=\"192.168.2.247:40221/stream.flv\"}"}
stream.flv viewing by vlc: poor quality of video, vb setting (1024,2048,3072) - no result quality, but less "late picture" messages.
How can I treat it?

Is it possible to control output flv stream quality in VLC 0.9.x?

FLV1 is bad codec
