Transcoding problem

Hi all,
I use LibVlc.lib in my C# program. The program recieves a stream from the LAN and transcodes to another PC on the LAN and it works fine.
I can modify the input stream paramters (like using another PC source) but that causes the other PC (that constantly recives the transcoded stream from my PC) to disconnect.
Is there a way to eliminate this disconnection?
