How can I establish a smallest vlc

Hi

I want to establish a smallest vlc which include indispensable module and v4l,sout, httpd ...etc. I want to streaming out my videocard data to the network.

I'm very appreciate anyone if give some help or information.

Just build it from src. It's not too hard as it seems. Take a stable release and disable everything you don't need.
