Problem with WinTV PVR 250 and rtp streaming

When using the RTP module to multicast an MPEG2 stream from a PVR 250 card, VLC player jumps back and forth in the videostream (millisecond jumps), this behaviour is not in i.e. QuickTime with MPEG2 plugin.

If I use the UDP module or watch directly, no such behaviour occurs, so I suspect a problem either in the sending/receiving VLC RTP code. Has anyone else experienced this problem.

Does anyone have a good solution to the problem?
