better choice to stream a meeting to many people

hi,

I would like to use VLC to stream a meeting where about more than 100 users should participate from an other place, so with VLC client.

My problem is bandwidth usage : I know that I can add VLC relays but how can you dynamically forward a client to the right VLC server, VLC should make tests to detect what VLC server is better for it (latency, bandwidth...)

I can create a list of servers, but the first will be selected each time.... right ?

is there any solution to solve my problem ?
