what is needed to build "ts" sout?

I've built vlc 0.9.0 (svn) on one machine, it works fine.

Now, I'm trying to build it on yet another machine, running on ARM hardware (Debian).

Apparently, something is missing, as I can't build it with "ts" mux.


Any missing libraries?

How can I make sure "ts" mux is built with vlc?
