Video Stream Quality

Postby tucano » 13 Jun 2007 10:27

Hi everybody!

I'm using VLC to sendo some streams, and I'm interested in the estimation of the quality of the received stream.

I'd like to use a objective evaluation, but i didn't find any plugin for VLC and any external tool...

I'd mainly like to measure FPS received ("frame per second", but ISTANT FPS, to be able to plot a graph...) of the stream.

Anyone has an idea??

Well, you can have the stats but I don't know how to use them with an external prgram.
