Video in the middle of screen on AminoNET 110

Does anyone here know how to force the AminoNET 110 to playback a 16:9 video in the middle of the screen with the black bars at both the top and bottom of the screen?

At the moment it always plays from the top leaving a thicker black bar at the bottom on a 4:3 TV.

I tried VideoDisplay.SetAVAspect(); and VideoDisplay.SetAspect(); and I'm not having any luck.

Where am I going wrong?

It displays correctly on a projection tv will try it later on TV set.

On a 4:3 TV it doesn't though, and I can't think what I'm doing wrong. There should be a way to position the video in the centre of the screen (height / 2) etc.
