streaming from another streaming and reconnect doesn't work

I am streaming from another streaming and I use --http-reconnect option. But when connection to the source is missing and after some time rebuild I see on the console that everything should be ok, but clients (Windows media Player) can not connect they still have buffering some percent...

after I restart vlc everything is OK! Do you know hot to resolve this problem???

Maybe there is an another option after braking a connection to te source streamin that vlc will restart after NO MEDIA FOUND or similar? How to set it from command line?

I have the same problem. I try the latest version of VLC and problem still occurs. Is this a bug ?
