MSIX package bundle for VLC Win32 on Microsoft Store

Hello,
It would be good if VLC Win32 on Microsoft Store uses MSIX packaging format instead of traditional EXEs, since it supports better and cleaner uninstallation, automatic app updates, and unattended deployments as well.
