VLC app from Microsoft store cannot play youtube news channel

Hi guys
I am trying to stream a youtube news channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WisZM9CMlTo) in the VLC app (downloaded from Microsoft store) and it cannot play. How do I troubleshoot this? Where are the installation files stored?
