FPS not stable on XBOX ONE S

VLC is great, I can play the movies of PC via DLAN and SMB with XB, even support subtitles, the only problem is fps is unstable, can you solve it? Thanks.

How can you be sure FPS is unstable? Is it that obvious? Every files or just one? Can you share it?
Please share your VLC app version, Xbox model and OS version.
