Windows RT 8.1 VLC gone?

Hi,
I have a Surface Pro with Windows RT 8.1
When I visit the store I get the notification the windows store is not supported anymore for windows RT 8.1. When I visit on the website the windows store only shows vlc for windows 10
I would like to have VLC for my windows RT 8.1
Does anyone know how of where to find it and install manual?
Please help!
