Streaming video via tvheadend Xbox One

Desktop VLC does this very well. If I go into network, I can type

http://192.168.1.77:9981/playlist/channels

and it pulls up the video stream. However, on the Xbox, it says video stream not found.

In normal VLC, it shows video and I can pull up the playlist to switch videos
