vlc for windows phone play flac files

will vlc for windows phone play .flac files ? Will it also handle 24bit/92 .flac files ( down mixed ) ? Info - Lumina 520 (512 Mb) ram running DENIM might be the issue on not recognizing FLAC files and or playing them...seems buggy ..Mabey next VLC update will solve it.
