All right boys,
I've tried everything I could; scoured the forum (and google). It works on my other PCs versions of VLC, but for whatever reason my Xbox One gets that message when I try to access the desktop and it's files. I am rolling with a fundamental lack of knowledge here I must concede. I've tried a menagerie of different settings and combinations from network sharing settings to firewall. My files are not on the boot drive, rather a separate storage drive so upnp wasnt working either. Its up to ye gentle folk. May you help me in my time of need. Any additional information ye require I'd be happy to grant ye.
