Network Stream freezing

Our building is using an AMX NMX-ENC-N3132 Encoder to broadcast a video each morning to Apple TV's throughout multiple rooms. Since the 7/14/2024 update, the VLC player app working with our network stream has been pretty horrible. It will take 2-3 minutes to open the network stream, sometimes start without audio, sometimes without video. Also the more you try to click or back out of the app, the worse the response and the app usually freezes. We have to force close the app in order to get it working sometimes.

We have a building with 50+ Apple TV devices, we have tried older & the latest TV OS versions, reinstalling VLC, factory resetting Apple TV's. I have found an Apple TV with the old version of the VLC player- works great. As soon as I updated the app, the problem started on that specific device too. I'm pretty confident the 7/14/24 TV OS app update broke the network stream option.

We need to debug with your stream or at least have a debug log. Not sure what we changed to make things worse for you. PM me, please.
