Is it possible to control Pioneer N50 streamer with VLC?

Pioneer ControlApp for Pioneer N50 streamer is no more available. I need a solution with IOS 17. Is it possible to control Pioneer N50 on an iPhone 15 Pro with VLC and read music from a NAS on a Hi-Fi device?

VLC can definitely play music from a NAS. However, I just checked what a Pioneer N50 streamer is (very nice device!!) and VLC definitely cannot control that.
