Hello,
I am looking for any help as we have used this media player for quite some time and would like to continue to use it in our store for our product displays. However in the last 3 weeks the videos have gone from having a slight delay or freeze occasionally to freezing and crashing within the hour. We use this to play our videos on 8 different Televisions we keep throughout the store and stop playing randomly through out the day as short as a few minutes playing to several hours before freezing mid-video and reloading onto the app screen. I was able to find the Bug logs from our video play backs but was unable to determine what was causing the freeze. I have over 20 reports from these apple TVs and will gladly include them for any help or advice. I am also not sure how to attach the bug logs to this forum as I was only able to access them through notepad.

Any luck on this? I have the same issue on a multi-display setup for a donor recognition system.

So far we have not heard a single response and were blocked by the debug page saying that we needed an admin approval to submit an official bug log even though we are paying customers that have been using their services for years with no problems until now. Since this has not been resolved or even looked at we have decided to choose another company and plan to use Vimeo instead and recommend others do the same.

Same issue here - I keep a video on repeat in my lobby, and it has to be reset every hour or so. Driving my CSR bananas.
