3.4.2 still has issues

My issue is not fixed.. I can’t download subtitles to the movies I put on remote playback
whenever I try to download it shows that no subtitles were found. It’s on all of the movies even ones that I already download subtitles in the past. I tried all the classic solutions, but nothing worked. I’ll be glad for your help. Thank you.

After updating to version 3.4.4 this is still the same problem. I hope this can be fixed soon. Thanks.
With my own account on opensubtitles.org I can download the subtitles.

Yes, there is an API issue with their server. I hope that they will fix it shortly.

Do you have any idea what that issue is, so I can avoid it on my personal account?

I have no idea. All our requests are rejected with a 401 "Forbidden" error.

I also have an api issue with omgwtfnzb. Keep getting a message illegal api-key. When I ask why, I get the answer that their nzb’s are crossposted so they suspended the paid account. Could this be a reason your requests are blocked? Or maybe it has to do with money? Like Reddit does now with professional api requests? I might be wrong, but it is a hell of a coïncidence.
