SMB UNC parth iOS app contain spaces??

Using iPad AIr 2 and VLC iOS app on NAS and Apple TV.

Firstly, with IOS app on iPad can share have spaces in name ?

eg my share is \\<ip>\Movies & TV Shows

"Save" and "Connect", leads to constant spinning wheel.

However single name works fine

Is there something i'm doing wrong ? Tested on Windows, Mac etc,, and connects this way no problem, so i think it could be app, or the syntax i'm using.

Also, on Apple TV app, I think the "Save" option is broken,,,, I clicked Save, but when i go back, unlike iOS app, its not there to auto fill, so i need to enter details again.

You need to URL encode the & sign and the spaces. Alternatively, connect to the share as discovered by VLC itself.
