Downloads not saved to video library

Up until this week any file downloaded showed up in the video library. Now it doesn’t. I can open it on the download page and view it, but it is not saved. I’m running iPad iOS 15.5. I have tried using friends’ wi-fi to see if it made a difference, but no luck. Most, but not all of the download links pasted in are from seedr.cc
