VLC 3.3.6. (430) HOW can I rip Audio from YT?

I use VLC ON MY PC, and the GUI is totally different to that on my iPad running iPad OS 15.4.1

I cannot find the menus that are present on my PC in order to rip audio tracks from YouTube.
How can I achieve this, either on my iPad, or failing that on my Huawei P30 Pro running EMUI 11.0.0 and VLC ver:3.4.4?
Are the same menu items available , somewhere on either of my devices?
Is there an other way of doing this on the mobile platforms? :?
I’m confused!
Help!

You cannot rip audio from YT on neither iPad nor Android. This is against the platform's terms of service.

Thanks @fkuehne, ripping that music will have to wait until I’m home from holiday next month!
Do you have an answer or the other question regarding the missing menu items?
I’ve used VLC for so many different tasks over the years on my various PC’S on both Windows and Linux platforms where it’s the “Swiss Army Knife” of media manipulation, but on Android and iPad, it seems to have been “emasculated” to the extent that it is little more than a media player and we both know it’s capable of so much more!

The only thing I’ve so far failed to achieve with it has been hard encoding of subtitles (burning them into the mp4 file) something I need since I’m now of an age where my ears also need glasses! ;)

VLC on Android and iPad is focused on playback. We don't do media conversion or manipulation on those devices. Subtitles of course are supported and can also be downloaded within the app, but there is no way to hard-burn them to any file.

Thanks for confirming that, the problem I have is that on the old “IOS”, I could watch videos which had the accompanying “srt” file and the subs would show correctly, now with iPadOS, those srt files are not recognised, this is not progress! ;)
