Playlist not working correctly

I faced some trouble here at last version of VLC media player for iOS and Android.

Playlist (master type) with its M3U extension looks like in the example below (described how to play live stream)

not plays correctly like it does in VLC for Microsoft Windows: it doesn't play/let me choose any sound wave.
Even when it looks like in the example below:

And that's happening when I'm trying to play it as local file, uploaded to device via LAN as well when it plays as as external URL to M3U file in Web.

What's wrong with such M3U playlist?
Or what's wrong with VLC for iOS/tvOS?!

So the playlist with network stream doesn't play as expected on iOS/tvOS ?
