【Function request】music File name as a playlist name

Dear developer.
I usually download songs online,
Then I move the downloaded file(a lot songs inside) to VLC.
It's a pity that VLC cant detect the file name,it can only detect songs inside the file.
Is it possible to enable VLC identify the file and make the file name as a playlist name?
